This will be such things as:
Start: Where the travel started this day
End: Where the travel ended this day
Time: The overall time spent from Start to End
Ride Time: How much time was spent riding
Distance: The distance traveled
Av Speed: My vaerage speed
Max Speed: My maximum speed
Max HR: My maximum heart rate
Total Ascent: The uphill climing only
Track Data: The links to the GPX and KML files of the GPS track of the day's riding
Ride Description: A short description of the route taken
